Why it matters

Single-number pricing guides often flatten very different service models into fake certainty. That does not help the buyer compare proposals or understand risk.

Cost and effort

Useful pricing questions usually sound operational:

  • Is this strategy only, or strategy plus execution?
  • Is content creation included?
  • Is technical implementation included?
  • How often does reporting happen, and what does it contain?
  • What dependencies sit on the client side?

How to verify

Ask for a scoped explanation instead of a marketing range:

  1. What recurring work happens each month?
  2. What one-time setup work is separate?
  3. What assumptions does the proposal make about site condition or client speed?
  4. What would force a re-scope?
